Question 1

What’s the biggest challenge facing the cannabis industry right now, and how are you and/or your company addressing it?

Let us pack a bowl and contemplate this, wow, what a loaded question, my friend. The
biggest challenge that we are facing, and I am sure we are not alone, is the patchwork of
laws and constantly changing laws and regulations. Those of us, especially on the Hemp
side of things, are finding and fighting not only State and Federal regulation but now local
and county too. The second and equally challenging is education and de-stigmatization of
hemp and cannabis products. Many people here in the prohibition State of Indiana still
think CBD will get you high.

Although both problems seem unique and not related, oh, but they are my little sprout.
Education and normalization are the golden tools that we can use to make a difference.
Both challenges we are facing are based on people’s knowledge and experience, sadly the
folks on the other side lack both. It is up to us to educate our Doctors and Politicians. We
become informed Voters; we educate ourselves then our friends.

Question 2

Where do you see the most exciting opportunity for growth and innovation in cannabis?

The industry is filled with groovy and talented people, I see bodacious innovations daily,
from new dry herb vaporizers to aerosols and the amazing genetics that are being
produced. I can’t imagine what I will see today or tomorrow. My current favorite is the Smoke
Freezer it is a low cough or no cough device, how it works is it chills the smoke down to
negative 37 degrees or more. Not to worry my friend it’s not that cold when it hits your lungs. What it does do is that it delivers a massive hit without irritation, it’s dangerously fun.

Question 3

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to break into the cannabis industry?

Don’t lol. I think the hemp and cannabis business is the greatest business in the known
universe, but it is business. You need a plan, I worked for a year on ideas and a plan before
we ever got started. You need patience, growing a business is a slow and at times a painful
process. Whatever amount of time you think you will need to be successful triple it, this will
be the biggest commitment of your life. Don’t be afraid to fail, failing is not the end but a
learning process. Learn how to pivot, dance, weave while always moving forward.

Question 4

What is the most important thing you have learned from your experiences in the cannabis industry?

That this industry is filled with beautiful people and caring people for the most part. You will
always have the downers too, we just have less. I see that this is an industry where rags to
riches is still possible. I have seen life changing events take place in this industry.

Question 5

What do you want your legacy to be as it relates to the cannabis industry?

Well, I think it’s a bit early to be talking legacy. I think I have a similar desire as most, to be
remembered as someone who has helped to improve the lives of others. Whether by our
products or by helping people learn how to live the Peace, love and Good Vibes lifestyle. I
would love to see Master Roachee’s garden become a generational brand.
