What’s the biggest challenge facing the cannabis industry right now, and how are you and/or your company addressing it?
Regulatory issues with Payment to brands, distributors and sales people. We recently took on our own distro and collections so we don’t have to rely on others to collect and pay out.
Where do you see the most exciting opportunity for growth and innovation in cannabis?
If cannabis were made so we can sell to other states and or countries. As California being the top place world wide to get cannabis we would make a killing if borders were opened.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to break into the cannabis industry?
Be patient. Things don’t happen over night and there is nothing magical about being in the industry. Ride the roller coaster and most of all don’t join if you don’t love the plant and what it can do to help people .
What is the most important thing you have learned from your experiences in the cannabis industry?
Life goes on. Don’t sweat small stuff and keep your eyes on the prize.
What do you want your legacy to be as it relates to the cannabis industry?
I deeply care about the benefits cannabis has brought to my life. I love being able to help medicate and educate others and let them make educated decisions off that.
