Question 1

What’s the biggest challenge facing the cannabis industry right now, and how are you and/or your company addressing it?

Education all day long not being valued. Without quality education we miss the opportunity to create real change. At Effective Cannabis Newsletter we’re tackling this head-on by producing a monthly, peer-collaborated newsletter that delivers trusted, evidence-based content. Each issue features curated scientific research alongside living experience testimonials, expert interviews, and multimedia content including podcasts and video spotlights. We also amplify voices through webinars and create global collaboration opportunities for content creators passionate about cannabinoid therapies, the endocannabinoid system, and health equity. Our goal? To make accurate, accessible education the standard—not the exception.

Question 2

Where do you see the most exciting opportunity for growth and innovation in cannabis?

The most exciting opportunity lies in collaboration, real, intentional coalition-building among Medical Cannabis specialists, educators. and medical professionals, No one is making lasting change alone. When we unite as one, we amplify our impact, shift narratives, and create new standards for care. By bringing together voices across disciplines, we can drive innovation in research, elevate education on the ECS and build trust within the medical community and public. This kind of collective action is how we move from isolated progress to a true health revolution.

Question 3

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to break into the cannabis industry?

Being committed and stay aligned with your values. This space will test you, so surround yourself with others who share your vision and are in it for real, lasting impact. Find your community, stay rooted in purpose, and never lose sight of why this work matters, not just for today, but for tomorrow and the generations ahead. This isn’t just an industry, it’s a movement.

Question 4

What is the most important thing you have learned from your experiences in the cannabis industry?

One of the things I genuinely love about the Cannabis space is the energy. Whether you’re a patient finding relief for the first time, or someone working behind the scenes in research, education, or product development—there’s this shared sense of hope. People are excited. They’re smiling more, living more, and feeling empowered again. That kind of joy? It’s contagious.

At the same time, I’ve learned that this industry isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s easy to get swept up in the noise—new products dropping, constant debates around policy, and flashy headlines. But the real impact? It’s in the quiet wins. The person who finally sleeps through the night. The caregiver who feels less alone. The medical professional who sees what’s possible when the Endocannabinoid System is finally part of the care conversation.

When I stay grounded in that purpose, I know I’m creating change that lasts and that’s what keeps me going.

Question 5

What do you want your legacy to be as it relates to the cannabis industry?

I want my legacy to be that Cannabis is recognized—without question—as a powerful form of medicine that improves quality of lives. But more than that, I want to be remembered for how it was done: through education, collaboration, by uplifting others, and building something sustainable together. This has never been just about me, it’s about the collective well-being of our communities, and creating a future where healing is accessible, respected, and rooted in facts. Our health system is broken and the ECS is a critical missing piece in making a real difference in how we talk about and address health. This matter today, tomorrow and for generations to come.
