Question 1

What’s the biggest challenge facing the cannabis industry right now, and how are you and/or your company addressing it?

Trust, transparency, and social acceptance remain major hurdles. Consumers don’t know who to trust in the cannabis industry, and many ethical growers get lost in a market flooded with hype and greenwashing. On top of that, stigma still clouds public perception, slowing legalization and education.

At Green Growers Club, we’re building the tech infrastructure to change that by helping growers showcase verified practices, and giving conscious consumers tools to discover clean, ethical cannabis. Our platform bridges the gap between compliance, sustainability, and education by pushing the culture forward while normalizing the plant.

Question 2

Where do you see the most exciting opportunity for growth and innovation in cannabis?

The biggest opportunity is in verified, ethical cannabis by connecting conscious consumers with trusted growers. As the industry matures, tools that merge transparency, compliance, and community-driven education will define the next wave. We’re building that trust layer from the ground up.

Question 3

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to break into the cannabis industry?

Lead with respect, for the plant, the people, and the culture. This industry is about legacy, healing, and community. Stay humble, stay curious, and find real ways to add value. The ones who last are the ones who listen.

Question 4

What is the most important thing you have learned from your experiences in the cannabis industry?

Authenticity matters. In an industry built on legacy and healing, people can spot hype from a mile away. Real relationships, transparency, and showing up with purpose go further than any pitch. This space rewards those who build trust, not just products.

Question 5

What do you want your legacy to be as it relates to the cannabis industry?

I want to help build a more transparent, ethical, and inclusive cannabis ecosystem, one where growers thrive, consumers are informed, and the plant is respected, not exploited. If Green Growers Club helps shift the culture toward trust and sustainability, that’s the legacy I’m proud to leave.
