The Chambers Project unveils Psychedelic Arts and Culture Trust (PACT), a non-profit vibrant cultural hub showcasing the historical and contemporary significance of psychedelic art and culture hosted within The Chambers Project’s expansive 8,000 sq/ft gallery space.

● Founded by Brian Chambers, PACT is the global hub for psychedelic arts, fostering collaborations worldwide. Through curated exhibits, panels, and workshops, it chronicles the evolution of psychedelics’ impact on artistic expression.

Grass Valley, CA — The Chambers Project proudly announces the launch of the Psychedelic Arts and Culture Trust (PACT), a non profit committed to honoring the past, celebrating the present and shaping the future of psychedelic arts and culture. PACT serves as The Chambers Project’s community liaison, bridging the gap between community, psychedelic art, and advocacy. The Chambers Project marks a significant milestone in the psychedelic art landscape and its cultural influence across generations, paving the way for PACT’s multidisciplinary approach to shaping the future of psychedelics. 

Operating within The Chambers Project’s 8,000 sq/ft gallery space, is PACT’s vibrant cultural hub showcasing the historical and contemporary significance of psychedelic art and culture. Through curated exhibits, panels, and workshops, it serves as a conduit for understanding the chronological evolution of psychedelics’ influence on artistic expression. PACT is dedicated to fostering collaboration and licensing opportunities with cultural brands worldwide, establishing itself as the premier hub for psychedelic arts and culture on a global scale. Building on the foundation laid by The Chambers Project, PACT takes this vision to new heights, emerging as a robust epicenter for psychedelic art and culture. With a thriving local Northern California community and global fan base, PACT operates with a community first mentality. 

Central to PACT’s vision is a community-driven, educational, and workshop-based event center, breaking traditional gallery boundaries. This new space aims to provide an environment where individuals can learn about psychedelics as medicine and explore their impact on arts and culture through iconic visual imagery presented chronologically over time. 

The much-anticipated ‘Godfathers: An Exploration Into Psychedelic, Counterculture, Rock & Roll Art History’ on March 9, 2024 will showcase the golden era of psychedelic art with collections from iconic artists and serves as PACT’s opening night. The Chambers Project headquarters splits the ‘Godfathers’ exhibit on the gallery side, and the PACT event space on the other, providing a glimpse into the PACT’s trajectory as a vibrant community hub. The centerpieces of ‘Godfathers’ are paintings and drawings by four master artists of the era, Ralph Steadman, Rick Griffin, Roger Dean, and Jacaeber Kastor, illustrating the chronological impact of psychedelics on arts and culture throughout history. 

Board Members → PACT is supported by essential members, including Brian Chambers as Chair, Eve Berry as Secretary and Project Coordinator, Roger Dean as Vice Chair, Richard Baker as Treasurer, Michael Pearce as art historian and curator, Gagan (Jared Levy), and Leah Plenge as a Board Member. 

Marking a significant milestone, May 4, 2024, will witness the opening of a benefit for the Wirikuta Tribe from Mexico. This initiative will host elders from the Wirikuta Tribe for a week-long series of events, workshops, and provides resources to non-traditional forms of therapy.

PACT’s emergence as a global epicenter for psychedelic arts and culture within The Chambers Project’s gallery space marks a transformative journey dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and the perpetual celebration of the profound influence of psychedelics on artistic expression.
