On March 21-22, 2025, the deeply rooted New England Cannabis Convention (more commonly referred to as NECANN) will take over the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts for NECANN Boston 2025.
Part high-level deal-making and networking and part family reunion for the brightest minds from the region and beyond, NECANN combines a full spectrum blend of educational, brand-building, and just downright fun opportunities to interact with startup and legacy brands from both emerging and maturing markets.
With our own growing presence in the Massachusetts retail cannabis marketplace, the team from Beard Bros Pharms looks forward to NECANN events each year as we are the proof of concept that their intended goal of pairing professionals with potential partners is absolutely working, as evidenced by our ongoing collaboration with Massachusetts-based United Cultivation.
This year is no different. As we look to diversify our offerings and elevate our value to the East Coast cannabis community, NECANN is blazing the same trail, and the March event in Boston is shaping up to be the best gathering yet.
The show will feature over 300 exhibitors, more than 9,000 attendees, 60+ programming sessions, the highly-touted NECANN Cup awards, the Blunt Brunch Women’s Lounge, and a full programming track dedicated to the up-and-coming entheogens industry.
Hundreds of licenced cultivators, retailers, manufacturers, ancillary services, and advocates will be available for face-to-face interaction at their booths, providing ample opportunity for real-time networking and deal-making. The aisles are usually just as lively and potentially lucrative as NECANN events lure the true movers in the industry as both exhibitors and attendees.
It is important to note that there will not be any cannabis consumption *cough* allowed *cough* at the event, and none of the booths are allowed to display actual cannabis. We’re working on it, buds!
However, the 2-day event is packed with plenty of dank exhibitors and activations to help you keep your head right, at least in between trips outside to “network” with Penjamin Franklin.
Along with dozens of highly insightful speaking panels, NECANN Boston is also the venue for the 2025 NECANN CUP AWARDS.
Entering its 6th year, the NECANN Cup Competition is incredibly unique as it allows entries from three different states to see who is truly growing and producing the best of the best back east. This is a third-party blind evaluation of cannabis and cannabis products and features separate awards for home growers/caregivers and licensed facilities, with testing provided by Analytics Labs.

Of course, there is a good chance you will bump into the Beard Bros at Room #210 at the Hynes Convention Center where our buds from Blunt Brunch will be hosting a women’s lounge thoughtfully curated to be a co-working and meeting space for women attendees and exhibitors.
